• I haven’t received my license email.
  After purchasing Modulaser, the license email usually arrives within minutes. If you chose certain payment methods, our provider might need up to 30 minutes to verify your payment. After verification, you’ll receive an invoice and, in a separate email, your Modulaser license.
  If you don’t find these emails, first check your spam folder, especially if you have an Outlook-based account (Hotmail, Live, MSN), due to strict filtering. No email still? Please contact us directly at info@modulaser.app with the email you used for purchase. We’re here to help.
• I have lost my license key.
  You should have receive the license key by email. Tip: search your email for "info@modulaser.app", "modulaser@volst.nl" or "Modulaser". If you cannot find it, please contact us with the same email you’ve used to buy the license.
• How long is the license valid?
  Your Modulaser license includes lifetime updates, covering all future improvements. Rest assured, your license is a one-time purchase that guarantees you continual access and enhancements.
• Can I move my license to another computer?
  Yes! You can move it between Windows and macOS too. A license is valid for one computer at a time.
• Can I use Modulaser on multiple computers?
  No, a license is valid for a single computer at a time. For volume discounts, please contact us.
• What laser DACs are supported?
  Currently we support the Ether Dream, LaserCube / LaserDock, Helios, Pangolin Beyond (Windows-only), EasyLase / NetLase (Windows-only) DAC.
  For Beyond it doesn’t matter if you have the FB3 or FB4 DAC. Unfortunately we cannot support QuickShow due to Pangolin allowing their SDK to be used with Beyond only.
• What operating systems are supported?
  macOS 10.14 and Windows 10. It may also work on older versions, but this is not guaranteed.
• Where can I download Modulaser for other platforms?
  Right here! For Windows and Mac.
• I’m using an Ether Dream and I’m having stability issues.
  This is a known issue that happens for some users in some environments. It’s hard to tell when we would be able to fix this issue.
