I haven't received my license email.
After purchasing Modulaser, the license email usually arrives within minutes. If you chose certain payment methods, our provider might need up to 30 minutes to verify your payment. After verification, you'll receive an invoice and, in a separate email, your Modulaser license.
If you don't find these emails, first check your spam folder, especially if you have an Outlook-based account (Hotmail, Live, MSN), due to strict filtering. No email still? Please contact us directly at info@modulaser.app with the email you used for purchase. We're here to help.
I have lost my license key.
You should have received the license key by email. Tip: search your email for "info@modulaser.app", "modulaser@volst.nl" or "Modulaser". If you cannot find it, please contact us with the same email you've used to buy the license.
How long is the license valid?
Your license is yours to keep, with no expiration and no subscription. It covers Modulaser and all the updates and improvements it receives. Should we ever release a completely new major version of Modulaser in the future, that would be a separate purchase, but your current license will of course always remain valid.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate on one machine and activate on another. This works across macOS, Windows, and Linux. A Standard license allows one active computer at a time. A Pro license supports up to 5 computers at once.
Can I use Modulaser on multiple computers?
With a Standard license, one computer at a time. With a Pro license, up to 5 computers at once. Need more? Please contact us for volume options.
What laser DACs are supported?
Currently we support the Ether Dream, LaserCube, Helios, IDN, Laserworld / ShowNET, and AVB.
What operating systems are supported?
macOS 10.14 and Windows 10. It may also work on older versions, but this is not guaranteed.
