Rosette

A rose curve with a secondary braid layered on top. N controls the number of petals; D controls how many times the braid weaves around the figure. The result sits between a clean Rose and a denser, woven ornament.

Ideas

  • Start with N=5, D=2 for a five-petal rosette with a gentle weave. Push D higher for tighter braids.
  • Modulate N with a stepped Sequencer to flip between distinct petal counts on the beat.
  • Layer with Duplicator and small rotation offsets for symmetrical ornaments.

Tips

  • Rosette adds visual complexity to the standard Rose shape. If you want a clean petal curve without the weave, use Rose instead.
