How does the money-back guarantee work?
Standard and Pro one-time licenses and your first subscription payment come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if you have used Modulaser. Email info@modulaser.app or contact Paddle, our payment provider, within 30 days of payment for a full refund, no reason needed. For an eligible subscription refund, we also refund any renewal charged during those first 30 days and stop future billing. The subscription guarantee applies once per customer across both plans; see the refund policy.
What if I forgot to cancel?
If you forgot to cancel or something went wrong, email info@modulaser.app. We review renewal refund requests individually and do our best to help.
How do monthly billing and cancellation work?
Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Use Manage Subscription or the link in your Paddle receipt to stop future payments; your access continues until your current paid period ends. Canceling does not automatically refund previous payments.
How long can I use my license?
A one-time license is yours to keep, with no expiration or subscription required. A monthly subscription provides access through your current paid period. A full refund ends the paid access it covers.
Are updates included?
Your one-time license includes all updates released for Modulaser 2. A future major version may be a separate purchase, but your current license remains valid. Monthly subscriptions include access to Modulaser and updates while subscribed.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate Modulaser on one computer and activate it on another, across macOS, Windows, and Linux. Standard supports 2 active computers; Pro supports up to 5. These limits apply to both one-time licenses and subscriptions.
Can I start with Standard and upgrade to Pro?
Yes. For a one-time Standard license, the amount you paid, excluding tax, is credited toward a one-time Pro purchase. Enter your key on the Standard-to-Pro upgrade page. Monthly payments do not earn purchase credit: cancel Standard through Manage Subscription in the footer, then choose Pro on the pricing page.
